Perez McKenzie Immigration specializes in a wide array of Canadian immigration applications, including, but not limited to, permanent residence, citizenship, work and study permits, with particular expertise regarding British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) permanent residence and work permit applications.
The consultation would last up to an hour, depending on the complexity of each case. Perez McKenzie has offices in downtown Vancouver and Whistler, and are also available via Skype and over the telephone.
You would be required to send us a copy of your main passport and an updated resume, as well as other documents relevant to your case, as applicable. The goal of the consultation would be to get to know you and your goals in order to be able to chart out the best immigration path fitted to your unique circumstances. We would lay out and describe all the relevant federal and provincial permanent residence programs, as well as the various work permit options that may be available to you, as applicable. After the consultation, we will provide you with a summary in writing.
Many individuals and families who meet with Jenny and her team subsequently engage their services to work on a complete immigration application. If you decide to retain the full services, the cost of the consultation is applied towards the legal fees associated with the application. This way the consultation fee does not represent an extra cost for you. Jenny and her team also offer application reviews for those of you who are almost ready to submit your applications.
Finally, if there are any inadmissibility concerns such as past criminal records, these can usually be addressed, depending on the specifics of each case.
