In 2022, Moving2Canada’s Founder, Ruairi Spillane, was named a winner of the Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Awards. This is an awards program that recognizes inspirational immigrants who have made a positive impact on their communities since arriving in Canada.
The 2022 awards recipients were personally congratulated in a heartfelt video message from Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau. “Newcomers make our country stronger,” the Prime Minister told the recipients. “You all came from different paths, but you also have your own unique impact.” A message Moving2Canada strives to embody in all our work.
In 2019, Moving2Canada was named the winner of the Best Immigrant Entrepreneur Award at the Small Business BC Awards 2019.
