If you want to apply for the Quebec Skilled Worker program (QSW), you have to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the online portal, Arrima. Based on your profile, you will be given a score out of 1,300 points using the Quebec Immigration - Expression of Interest points grid.
Your score will be one factor used to determine whether or not you will be invited to submit an official application for permanent residence. Invitations are issued periodically. For a full history of invitations issued for the QSW program, and for basic eligibility criteria, refer to our QSW overview.
This guide is a breakdown of the 1,300 points available through the Quebec Immigration – Expression of Interest points grid.
