If you have a job offer in Saskatchewan, this SINP sub-category could be your pathway to Canadian immigration.

Unlike the other sub-categories of the ISW category, there is no list of specific occupations: your job offer can be in any skilled field. Whether you are working in Canada or abroad, you may be able to apply through the Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker Employment offer if you have a job offer and meet further eligibility criteria.
However, there are two key exceptions: potential candidates with a job offer in the health professional or a food or beverage server are not eligible to apply through this sub-category. There are separate categories to target workers with a job offer in these industries who are currently working in Saskatchewan. If you have a job offer in a health profession or the food and beverage service industry, but are not currently working in Saskatchewan, you could consider creating an Express Entry profile, where you could potentially obtain 50 or 200 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points for a qualifying job offer, depending on the Training, Education, Experience, Responsibilities (TEER) category of the position.
If an employer in Saskatchewan is willing to offer you a job, there are certain conditions this offer must meet. In order to be eligible for the Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker Employment Offer sub-category, you must have an offer of permanent, full-time employment in Saskatchewan in a job classified into TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 of the National Occupational Classification (NOC), or in a designated trade.
International healthcare workers may be able to find a job offer to support their SINP application by registering in the Saskatchewan International Healthcare Workers EOI Pool. This pool allows Saskatchewan-based healthcare employers to search for international talent to fill open job positions.
Potential candidates need to meet certain criteria in order to apply to this sub-category. In addition to an eligible job offer, you will also need to demonstrate:
Unlike the two other sub-categories of the ISW category (namely, the Saskatchewan Express Entry sub-category and the Saskatchewan Occupations In-Demand sub-category), the Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker Employment Offer sub-category does not use the Expression of Interest (EOI) system or skilled worker candidate pool. Consequently, if you are eligible, you can apply online directly to the SINP through this sub-category, rather than creating a profile, submitting an Expression of Interest, and awaiting an invitation to apply.
However, potential candidates still need to meet a minimum threshold of 60 points out of a possible 100, based on the assessment grid below.
A: Education and training
B: Skilled work experience
(i) In the five-year period prior to application submission date:
(ii) In the 6-10-year period prior to application submission date:
C: Language ability
D: Age
Maximum points for Factor 1: 70
The SINP recognizes that candidates with a strong connection to Saskatchewan and the labour market may have a genuine intent and ability to settle in the province successfully, so connections to Saskatchewan earn further points.
Maximum points for Factor 2: 30
Maximum points total: 1 + 2 = 100
The top-scoring candidates who receive an EOI can then apply to the SINP for provincial nomination. The SINP reviews each application submitted via the Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker Employment Offer sub-category and informs the applicant whether or not he or she is eligible for nomination. Nominated candidates can then apply directly to the Canadian government for permanent resident status.
