About the Roles

Job Title: Warehouse Crew
Location: 11287 Albert-Hudon Blvd, Montreal
Hiring Period: February 2026 to July 2026
Salary Range: $20–$25 per hour + performance bonus and Benefits 
Number of positions available: 180, hiring 10-15 people every week

Young Guns is rapidly expanding and hiring 180 Warehouse Crew members to support their growing Montréal operation.

This is hands-on, active work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, sorting, and processing packages off a conveyor belt.
• Building boxes onto pallets, interlocking as you go. Think of a game of Jenga or Tetris, only with bigger blocks! The boxes can weigh up to 20kg.
• Wrapping pallets.
• If you apply team work, a safety first mindset and attention to detail to this role you can quickly progress into a leadership position.
