The August 11–19 draws in the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) was one of the largest rounds of 2025 so far, issuing 1,052 invitations across multiple streams. A closer look shows how it compares to earlier rounds:
Across January–August 2025, New Brunswick has now issued well over 3,500 invitations, with the largest single rounds (May, June, and August) targeting healthcare, education, construction trades, and graduate retention.
For candidates, the August 2025 results highlight three clear opportunities:
As Canada’s only officially bilingual province, New Brunswick offers both French and English-speaking communities and a wide range of job opportunities.
For candidates, this means: more opportunities in essential sectors like healthcare, education, and skilled trades; dedicated spaces for Francophone applicants; and clear pathways for international graduates to stay long term. Together, these factors position New Brunswick as a dynamic and candidate-friendly immigration destination in Atlantic Canada.
