The most recent Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program draw issued 47 Letters of Advice to Apply through the Skilled Worker streams. This compares with 55 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in Expression of Interest Draw #262, held on January 15, 2026.
Both draws were limited to profiles submitted under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas pathways and required candidates to declare a direct invitation issued by the MPNP through a strategic recruitment initiative or public policy.
The two draws included invitations issued through the same set of strategic recruitment initiatives:
In the most recent draw, invitations were distributed across five initiatives, with the highest number issued through Employer Services and the Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective PNP Candidates.
In Expression of Interest Draw #262, invitations were also issued across the same five initiatives, with allocations made to Employer Services, Francophone Community, Regional Communities, Ethnocultural Communities, and the Temporary Public Policy.
Six of the 47 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in the most recent draw were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
In Expression of Interest Draw #262, 10 of the 55 Letters of Advice to Apply were issued to candidates with a declared Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
