Manitoba has issued 47 new invitations through its Provincial Nominee Program in a draw held on January 29, 2026. The invitations were issued through the province’s Skilled Worker stream.

All invitations were issued to candidates who had been directly invited by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.

This draw included profiles submitted under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas pathways. The round was targeted and did not include general Expressions of Interest from the pool.

Summary of the draw

Date: January 29, 2026
Invitations: 47 Letters of Advice to Apply

Only candidates who declared that they had received a direct invitation under this initiative were considered in the draw.

These invitations were issued to candidates who declared a valid invitation number in their Expression of Interest.

Candidates selected under this stream had declared that they were directly invited by the province.

Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective PNP Candidates

Manitoba issued 14 Letters of Advice to Apply under the Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective Provincial Nominee Program candidates.

Expressions of Interest were considered only where candidates declared an invitation issued under this public policy.

Express Entry–linked invitations

Notes from the Manitoba PNP

Expressions of Interest were only considered if candidates had been directly invited through a strategic recruitment initiative or the temporary public policy.

Some profiles may not have been selected due to missing or expired language test information or missing invitation numbers.

Candidates who declared they were working in regulated occupations were selected only if they were fully licensed to work in Manitoba.
