This round targeted candidates under the Law Enforcement Pathway of the Alberta Express Entry Stream.

Comparison to Recent Alberta Draws

Alberta issued invitations across six targeted draws held between February 6 and February 19, 2026. These draws included invitations through the Alberta Express Entry Stream (Priority Sectors, Accelerated Tech Pathway, and Law Enforcement Pathway) and the Rural Renewal Stream.

In the most recent draws before that, Alberta issued 915 invitations through the Alberta Opportunity Stream on February 2, 2026 (minimum score 57). Alberta also issued 148 invitations through the Alberta Express Entry Stream – Accelerated Tech Pathway on January 29, 2026 (minimum score 63). For the Dedicated Health Care Pathway, Alberta issued 43 invitations through the non-Express Entry pathway on January 27, 2026 (minimum score 45), and 63 invitations through the Express Entry pathway on January 26, 2026 (minimum score 61).

In terms of size, the February 6–19 set of draws (451 invitations) was smaller than the February 2 Alberta Opportunity Stream draw (915 invitations). It was larger than the single January 29 Accelerated Tech Pathway draw (148 invitations) and larger than each of the two Dedicated Health Care Pathway draws (43 and 63 invitations).

The focus of the February 6–19 draws included Priority Sectors rounds for construction, agriculture, and manufacturing, as well as draws under the Accelerated Tech Pathway and the Law Enforcement Pathway, plus the Rural Renewal Stream. By comparison, February 2 focused on the Alberta Opportunity Stream, January 29 focused on the Accelerated Tech Pathway, and January 26–27 focused on the Dedicated Health Care Pathway under both Express Entry and non-Express Entry processes.
