No, it is illegal in Canada to charge fees to candidates. Please ensure that you do not pay any employment agency a fee to find you a job.
Express Entry Draws are used to select candidates who are then invited to apply for permanent residency.
The timing of these draws is entirely at the discretion of immigration authorities and Moving2Canada receives no advance notice of when they will occur.
